This is a great example of the problem. Your reply showed up on my Watch. I looked for it on my sally.mckee@hey.com substack accout. Not there. I tried to log in to my sallymckeeucd@gmail.com account. blocked. There is nothing consisten about the way Substack is responding to my attempts to solve this problem. Yes, I want to merge 2 accounts. But I can't get access to one and I can only intermittently get access to the other. I'm about to give up on the whole thing.
I have bookmarked this post of yours, but I'm stuck for the moment. All I wanted to do was change the email associated with my Substack account to my new email. Instead, it created two accounts. The AI idiot had me log out of both. Now I can't get into either. I am willing to migrate exactly as you describe in this post, but I have to get into my old account with all the posts. Do you have a suggestion for getting real support help from Substack?
