Wow, this is amazing! Thank you so much for putting in the time and care to build this directory.

Honestly, it’s badass. I’m excited to dive into these publications and connect with more women and non-binary folks in the space. There are way more people on here than I expected, and I love to see it.

Absolutely, @Tam Nguyen - when I started the directory in December with 34, I had a sense that there were still more women writing here about AI and data, but it amazes me too that we’re up to 400 (and I’ve already found more).

One aspect I love is that a lot of this year’s additions are women who just started writing here on Substack this year … so that means we are growing in numbers (not that I’m just now discovering them). And that is very cool. You just started in April, right? and you’re already over 100 subscribers, which is awesome 😊

Yes, Sonia, it’s been so great to find all of these women writers to follow! I thought last year, before I started curating the directory, that I was doing well to have found 34. We already have 10x that, and I bet there are still more to find 😊

We made the list, and it matters. THANK YOU!!

This isn’t just recognition. It’s amplification. In a field too often dominated by a narrow slice of voices, this growing network of women and non-binary writers is reshaping the narrative around AI, ethics, and the future of technology.

Being included here is both an honor and a responsibility. It’s a chance to speak louder, connect deeper, and ensure that our ideas don’t just exist; they resonate.

Here’s to building tech that reflects all of us. Let’s keep writing, pushing, and being impossible to ignore.
